Our spirited music program includes traditional Pipe organ played by Pat Larson.

Pat’s undergrad degree is in church music from Milligan College in Tennessee.  She has worked in various churches over the years, after falling in love with the organ in college.  She has studied with Mary Ida Yost in Michigan and then with David Schrader in Chicago after she finished graduate school in business from the University of Michigan.

Pat is the owner of The Kindermusik studio in Oak Park, one of the top 5% of studios in the world, receiving a “Maestro” distinction.  Pat teach children (newborn through age 7) and their parents in a graded music curriculum.

Pat Larson studied cello and violin while her children were taking lessons, her string group plays at nursing homes and churches is up to six adult players–a sextet including the pianist.

Pat enjoys playing our pipe organ, and she share her passion for traditional hymns and Christian music with a good energy and wonderful attitude!

Pastor Edgar’s guitar and voice often lead us in worship with our Youth Group band.

We’ve enjoyed inspiring Easter and Christmas cantatas for several years, in collaboration with local churches and schools, such as Pilgrim Congregational Church in Maywood and Dominican University.
